Hey, if you just sleep there is nothing, I guess you've been googling about how to sleep better guide because you need to sleep better (or less) in order for your body to be healthier or better than the other or you to make work better and better. I know what you mean, I have the same question now and later because I use to sleep not regular and I loose much to much energy and time because of this. It's not pretty but the question about sleeping better remains in my head and in your head to. I guess you're nost just curios about this idea, because you're not 2.0 anymore, I guess you want a practical solution, perhaps wasting time using an advice you find on the net but unless you use autosugestion it may not work very well.
Hey, don't stand there and read and read, ask yourself the question on how can you sleep better and think about your life and how you manage your tasks and itself. You can sleep better? Can you sleep better than you slept before? This is the question, the advices that we gave us are not the answer, check the question again and be yourself.
