Tips for sleep better, here are a couple of them

   Everyone wants to sleep better and make those few hours last an eternity and do a well night. Here are a couple of tips for sleep better:

  1. try not to drink caffeine before going to sleep because it can cause some sleep problems, altough there are people and people and in my case, I can drink how much Cola I want, if I am just to tired I'll sleep imediatly.
  2. having bed problems? Sometime when I do not feel good in my bed I cannot sleep, so, having bed problems? Is you pillow in the right position? Fix it, go get some real sleep, do not waste your life.
  3. noise is another thing that can also affect your sleeping and better sleeping cannot be a real fact because of it. I've got in my room a clock that was ticking, I've get rid of it because I cannot sleep with some noise in my room, there is enough noise outside and I have to live with it, but when I sleep I will not hear a thing, thank body!
  4. keep your room dark when you sleep, the light is for when you are awake. If you keep your room in the light when you try to get some sleep and you're not absolutely tired then you won't get better sleep, you'll get up much to early and you'll start going on a part and another and don't do a thing about it, this is a thing about light. Light is for day and dark is for night and sleeping.
  5. also, room temperature is an important factor for your skin and your body. Does the room has the good temperature, it's to hot or it's to cold? If it's not normal then you may feel disturbed from the natural act of sleep and your brain will start thinking at other things than just natural thing of sleeping.
  6. the bed is for sleeping, don't do other things there. I was taking my laptop in bed for a while and I have to say that sometime I sleep with my laptop next to my altough this is not such a good idea because I spent much to much time with my laptop over me, time I could spent sleeping and doing a healthy thing to my body and my back. Don't stay to much on a chair, if you work on a computer, get some exercise, do something because your back is going to have some real problems about it.
  7. if you eat much to much things before sleeping you will put your stomach to work over night and perhaps it won't let you sleep for real. Try to be resonable and don't give it much to many when you know you have already got some sleeping problems.
  8. go to the bathrom, make all the things you need (I'm serious), brush your teeth and wash your face. It will help you prepare for sleep and it will be good for your body.
  9. if you are not tired enough go before the bed and do some exercise, make something you know, something that is going to make you a little tired and then go to bed and start counting sheeps, it's not a joke.
  10. let the TV, computer and internet away, go to sleep now.
